Ribbon of Courage for #GDP083

This project is following the Global Design Project Theme Challenge #GDP083.  I love bling and this card is definitely the blingiest!  Thanks for checking out my card today...now, head over to the Global Design Project and play along with the theme challenge.
I was one of the lucky recipients of what is called "Prize Patrol" when I attended the Stampin' Up! OnStage and I won the brand new stamp set called Ribbon of Courage.  It was designed by Patty Bennett one of the newest Stampin' Up! million dollar sales achievers and will be available in the new upcoming Annual Catalog.
I even blinged out the inside of the card as well.  The background design series paper comes from the Fresh Florals Designer Series paper stack and the sentiment is punched out using the brand new Pretty Label Punch.
I learned a new technique at onstage from one of the presenters who was working with the Ribbon of Courage stamp set.  If you ink your stamp in versamark and then ink it in the stamp pad color, you can add clear embossing powder to it and then heat emboss it for a shiny, sleek embossed look in any color ink that you have.  Now how fun is that?

Believe me, I was like a kid in a candy store yesterday trying out all of the 2017-2019 In Colors with this technique.  The hearts above are heat embossing and I tried to get a good close up to show you just how shiny they turn out.

Thanks so much for stopping by today!  Enjoy some creative time this week :)
