Southern Serenade for #GDP140

Today I played along with the Global Design Project Challenge #GDP140.  This week, we are CASEing a lovely project by our all-round good guy Brian King. As you know, Brian loves clean and layered projects. He has an eye for color and detail and his projects are always creatively sophisticated.

Remember that when you CASE a project you can take what you like from the design and make it your own. It might be the stamp set - the colors, the layout, the theme, the images - whatever you like that has inspired you to make a card of your own. Here is the project this week that you can CASE:
I took inspiration from the floral theme and the Southern Serenade Stamp Set.  For my project I used the Delightfully Detailed Laser Cut Specialty Paper and added some color using my Stampin' Blends.
The sentiment is stamped in Coastal Cabana from the Southern Serenade Stamp set that will be available to order from the annual Stampin' Up! catalog later today.  It is punched out using the 1-3/8 scallop circle punch and layered over the 1-1/2 circle punch.  Thanks for stopping by and letting me share the joy of stamping with you.  Here are all of the products I used for today's card:

  1. This paper is amazing! Love that you selectively colored the petals. These colors are great. Thanks for playing along with my CASE the Designer at GDP this week.
