Swirly Birds For GDP048

Today I played along with the Global Design Project Challenge 048.  The Global Design Project Case the designer Challenges the definition for us is Copy and Selectively Edit. Its a great way to see something in the card that inspires you to make your own project and make it your own. It might be the colors, the layout, the stamp set, the theme whatever you like that inspires you to make your own card. Check out all of this week's projects or play along:

My CASE of this week's designer was the color trio to make a fun swirly card of pinwheels.  I found this wonderful pinwheel idea on pinterest from Jenny Hayward :)
Card Details:
  • I stamped the pinwheels using old olive and melon mambo ink from the Swirly Bird Stamp Set.
  • For the sentiment I stamped it from the Happy Happenings stamp set in melon mambo ink.  Then I cut it out using the Project Life Cards & Labels Framelits Dies.
  • Then I added some pool party enamel shapes for added dimension on the front of this fun card.

Thanks for stopping by today!
