Swirly Scribble Snowman for Pals Blog Hop!

Welcome to the Pals Blog Hop for August 2016.  We are thankful you stopped by to take a look at our new 2016 Blog Hop monthly themes.  This month we are featuring projects using our favorite Stampin’ Up! cutting tools. There are so many wonderful punches, framelits, thinlits and edgelits available that help make paper crafting more detailed and fun! We hope to provide you with lots of ideas and that you enjoy our creations.

You may just be starting the Blog Hop or may have come from the previous link from the Line-up on the Pals Blog Hop listing shown below.  The full lineup will help you move along from blog to blog so you may see all the projects.

For today's card I chose to use the swirly scribbles thinlits, tags & labels framelits and layering circles framelits as my favorite cutting tools.
 Project Details:
  • I started with Cherry Cobbler card stock for the card base and added a piece of striped cherry cobbler background ds paper from the Regals Design Series Paper Stack.
  • The Layering Circles Framelits worked great to cut out the snowman circles in cherry cobbler. Then the Swirly Scribbles Thinlits perfectly layer in dazzling diamonds over the snowman circles.
  • The sentiment is from the Peaceful Pines stamp set and is stamped in Cherry Cobbler. It is cut out using the Tags and Labels framelits.
  • For a finishing touch I added some bling from the Metallic Sequin Assortment.
