2014-2016 Stampin' Up! In Colors

2014 Stampin' Up! Catalog Sneak Peak...Work of Art!

Here is the stamp set that all of us early birds received from the upcoming Stampin' Up! 2014-2015 Catalog.  It is a great set for the beginner or the novice stamper called Work of Art.  The creative ideas that one can come up with are just out of this world.  You can get your very own stamp set on June 2.

Thoughts of days gone by...

This sympathy card turned out sweet and simple with retired colors of Midnight Muse and Bravo Burgundy.  I added the fabric flowers with the pearls on them as a nice simple touch to accent this pretty design series paper.

Feeling Spoiled!!!!!!

Today's card matches my mood of feeling happy and excited, wait super excited, as I am heading to the Stampin' Up! catalog premiere event tonight and will have that new catalog in my hands and be able to preview all of the newest Stampin' Up! goodies that we will all absolutely have to have in the upcoming months.  I love these shoe brads, they just make this card so happy and stylish!

I'm Heading In One Direction...

This card is for those boy band fan girls...my mom works with a bunch of junior high girls and she is always needing a unique card for them, and they LOVE the One Direction boys, so this card was made specially for one of her junior high fan girls.  I love the sparkly paper along with the perfect plum card stock.

A place where everybody knows your name

So I have to admit my coffee addiction...I love coffee, I love the beans, I love the foam, I love it a Latte'  I love Latte's!  Starbucks is my absolute favorite coffee place, they know me by name and they know my order.  Gotta love a place where everybody knows your name :)  As a self admitted coffee addict, that means I have friends who are also coffee addicts, so this card makes a great birthday card for one of those friends.

Great Catch!

Cajun Craze is the signature color for the set up on this card.  This Father's Day card is for that special dad that loves the outdoors and fishing.  The inside sentiment says, "You're my greatest catch!"  How sweet is that?

Thoughts of you...

Chocolate Chip card stock, chocolate chip ribbon, modern label punch, express yourself hostess stamp set, along with these leather punched flowers make an elegant card.  I like to send a message in my card on a piece of notepaper so that the recipient of the card can use the card again to send to someone else.  Recycling made easy :)

Sunflower Birthday!

Garden Green and Daffodil Delight are the perfect colors for this sunny birthday card to go along with these sunflower embellishments.  The chalk board is stamped with the Happy Birthday sentiment in Whisper White from Stampin' Up!

Winter is over!

Island Indigo and Bermuda Bay along with some silver glimmer paper, really make this Confirmation card sparkle!  The ds paper is from this past year's Stampin' Up! Holiday Catalog, but it works great for this card as well.  Layering on your card can help make all the difference when you really want it to stand out.

Pool Party and Summer Starfruit card stock match this retired ds paper perfectly.  With the kitchen theme it makes a great welcome to your new home card.  The pool party brads are retired, but I love them so much with the little polka dots on them :)

It's Felicity!

This american girl doll birthday card is so pretty and girly with these fabric flowers added.  I believe this doll is Felicity and she is dressed in a period costume.  Even though it has my phone shadow on the side, the card still turned out pretty darn cute!

Angry Birds?

I am completely addicted to angry birds, and my favorite version is the Star Wars....love it!  These angry bird stickers make a great card for those angry birds addicts like me :)

Head out on the highway...

There are two things I love to put on cards, brads and bling! So these silver motorcyle brads were just the ticket for this guy's birthday card.   

Beautiful Baptism...

Who, who, who?

I love how much Daffodil Delight can make a card pop with color.  I paired it with Baja Breeze (retired), and added these adorable little owl stickers to say hello :)

Cute little love bugs!

 I found these cute little pink lady bug brads and just had to put them on a card.  They fit perfectly layered on the scallop squares and 1 inch squares that were punched out with Whisper White and Basic Black card stock from Stampin; Up!

Enjoy the Tassel...

Isn't this little guys just the cutest?  The Stampin' Up! owl punch is so versatile, you can make him up into almost anything.  He kind of reminds me of Mr. Potato Head as he turns out to be different each time depending on how you want to dress him up.  I added the graduation cap sticker and used basic black and island indigo card stock from Stampin' Up!  The sentiment is from the Pure Gumption stamp set from Stampin' Up! as well.  To order your very own stamp set click here

Pearls and Purses!

I found this cute little purse notebook and decided it needed some decoration added to it.  The pearls and the flower give it such a cute purseonality...lol!  These notebooks and much more will be for sale at Hallenbeck Hall at SCSU on April 26th from 9am until 2pm.  Stop by and say hello :)

Over the Hill...

This is a blingy birthday card that I made for that special lady turning 40!  I used Island Indigo card stock and the sentiment is from the hostess stamp set Express Yourself from Stampin' Up!  I love the fleur de lis rhinestones, they give it that extra sparkle!

Prehistoric Birthday!

Night of Navy, Garden Green, Tangerine Tango...all together gives this little boy's birthday card a fun feeling with these dino-mite 3D stickers.  Any day is a great day to celebrate with this card!

The Craft Room Is Finished!

After months and months of work by my wonderful husband, I finally have a completed craft room.  It is so nice to have a little space to call my own.  Most of the storage units you see are from StampnStorage, they work out just great.  My next challenge is going to be how to store all of my card stock and DS paper.  I feel a shopping trip to Ikea coming soon :)

You Moustache a Happy Birthday!

Beautiful Butterfly!

This card has regal rose, pink pirouette and whisper white card stock.  The white card stock is shimmery and the butterfly has some great glitter embellishment to it.  The rhinestones give it that extra special bling that I love!

Island Indigo Wedding...

Any kind of blue is my favorite color, so this card has Island Indigo and Going Gray card stock along with whisper white ribbon and some really pretty pansies, punched from the pansy punch from Stampin' Up! with some lacy white flowers to embellish them.  This is a great card for that wedding that you have to attend this summer:)

Smurfing around!

These funny little glittery smurf stickers were just the ticket for this kid's birthday card, real red, pacific point and daffodil delight make this card really pop with color and fun!
