Floral Romance for #GDP172

Today I played along with the Global Design Project Challenge #GDP172.  This week, we are CASEing a gorgeous card by Shawn deOliveira.  Remember that when you CASE a project you can take what you like from the design and make it your own. It might be the stamp set - the colors, the layout, the theme, the images - whatever you like that has inspired you to make a card of your own.  Here is the project this week that you can CASE:
For the Case the Designer challenge I took the stamp set and the card layout concept and made it my own with a Mossy Meadow and Fresh Fig color mix.  I used a piece of design series paper for the background from the Floral Romance DS Paper and ran it through the Pinewood Planks Embossing folder for added texture.
Thanks for stopping by and letting me share the joy of stamping with you.  Here are all of the Stampin' Up! products I used for today's project:

Beautiful Promenade for WWYS202

Today I played along with the weekly challenge called What Will You Stamp - WWYS198.  Each week they choose a stamp set that you can use to play along with their challenge.  Have fun and play along this week.
For this card I used some beautiful design series paper that matches this gorgeous stamp set.  I cut it out using the rectangle stitched framelits and matched up the frames to create this scene.  I tucked some copper thread behind the sentiment, but it is kind of hard to see in the picture.

Accented Blooms for the #PP424

Today I played along with The Paper Players PP424 - A Color Challenge from Anne Marie.  This week is a bright trio of colors for the challenge.  I hope these colors inspire you to create something fun.  Head over and play along:
For this card I chose the stamp set called Accented Blooms.  I used some Gingham Gala DS paper too.  The sentiment is stamped in Pool Party ink on Pool Party card stock and punched out using the Tailored Tag Punch.  The color of my choice that I added was Whisper White, it gives a nice crisp feel to this card.
Thanks for stopping by and letting me share the joy of stamping with you.  Here are all of the Stampin' Up! products I used for today's project:

January Greek Isles Achievers Blog Hop

Thank you for joining us for our January Greek Isles Achievers blog hop. Those hopping today are Stampin' Up!® Demonstrators from all around the world that have achieved the prestigious Stampin' Up! Incentive trip. We will be hopping together once a month to show you ideas and designs using current Stampin' Up!® products. I live in Minnesota in the US and would love to help you if you have any questions.

You may just be starting the blog hop here at my blog - Jennifer Michalski @ Stamping Serenity or may have come from the person previous to me in the list.  If you get off track at any time, the full lineup below will help you move along from blog to blog so you see all the fun. At the moment you are visiting Jennifer Michalski @ Stamping Serenity.  Our hop theme in January is the Stampin' Up! Occasions or Sale-A-Bration Catalogs!
For this card I used the Climbing Roses Bundle from the Stampin'  Up! Occasions Catalog.  I absolutely love the way the delicate die cuts turned out using the Grapefruit Grove Foil Paper that you can earn with your $50 order from the Stampin' Up! Sale-A-Bration Catalog.
The Floral Romance Design Series Paper was just the thing to add a soft feel to this beautiful card.  I layered the petal pink vellum piece from this pack over a piece of Whisper White card stock so that you could see the delicate design of the vellum under the die cut trellis.
Thanks for taking part in our blog hop, there are so many amazing ideas and inspiration you don't want to miss.  Remember that currently you are at my blog - Jennifer Michalski @ Stamping Serenity, so check the blog hop line up list to see who is next.
