Accented Blooms for #GDP139

Today I played along with the Global Design Project Challenge #GDP139.  This week has countless possibilities. 'Just a note to say....' could translate as - hello; happy birthday; get well; thinking of you; thank you; congratulations....this list is endless!   Here is the theme so you can play along too:
I used the new 6x6 design series paper called Garden Impressions for the background.  Then I stamped the floral image from the Accented Blooms stamp set.  The sentiment is stamped in the new color called Mango Melody and punched out using the Tailored Tag punch.
I added some color to the flowers using my stamping write markers in Calypso Coral, Soft Sea Foam, Mango Melody, Granny Apple Green, So Saffron, Lovely Lipstick and Petal Pink.  Then burlap ribbon was just the thing for an added finishing touch.

Thanks so much for stopping by today.  You can begin to order the new items from the Annual Catalog on June 1, so mark your calendar!  Here are all of the items I used for this card.

Nature's Greetings for #GDP138

Today I played along with the Global Design Project Challenge #GDP138.  This week is a fabulous sketch challenge.  Here is the sketch so you can play along too:
I took some inspiration from my one of the design team members and my friend Stesha Bloodhart.  Make sure to check out her creation in the team design line up.
I used the new design series paper called Nature's Poem for the background.  Then I punched some leaves in vellum and Grapefruit Grove.  The Nature's Roots Framelits Dies were the perfect touch to make the embossed and dies cut leaf in Soft Suede.
The sentiment comes from a brand new stamp set call Itty Bitty Greetings that will be available in the upcoming annual catalog on June 1 from Stampin' Up!  The fonts on this stamp set are pretty awesome.

Thanks so much for stopping by today.  Here are all of the items I used for this card.

Alaska Achievers May Blog Hop

Thank you for joining us for our May Alaskan Achievers blog hop. Those hopping today are Stampin' Up!® Demonstrators from all around the world that have achieved the prestigious Stampin' Up! Incentive trip. We will be hopping together once a month to show you ideas and designs using current Stampin' Up!® products. I live in Minnesota in the US and would love to help you if you have any questions.

You may just be starting the blog hop here at my blog - Jennifer Michalski @ Stamping Serenity or may have come from the person previous to me in the list.  If you get off track at any time, the full lineup below will help you move along from blog to blog so you see all the fun. At the moment you are visiting Jennifer Michalski @ Stamping Serenity.  Our hop theme in May is the Share What You Love Bundle.
The colors for this card are Grapefruit Grove,  Whisper White and Rich Razzleberry.  I used a bunch of items from the Share What You Love Bundle that is available now on early release from Stampin' Up!  I stamped the sentiment and sentiment background from the Love What You Do stamp set, then die cut it using the layering ovals framelits.  I layered it over the beautiful pearlized design series paper from the Share What You Love 12 x 12 paper stack.
The background is embossed using the Petal Burst Folder.  I trimmed the corners with the Detailed Trio Punch and the doily frame comes from the Delightfully Detailed Laser Cut design paper, both new items in the upcoming annual catalog.  I added some Artisan Pearls and a little bow as finishing touches.

Thanks for taking part in our blog hop, there are so many amazing ideas and inspiration you don't want to miss.  Remember that currently you are at my blog - Jennifer Michalski @ Stamping Serenity, so check the blog hop line up list to see who is next.

Lovely Floral Varied Vases for #GDP137

Today I played along with the Global Design Project Challenge #GDP137.  This week's color challenge is a cheery mix of Melon Mambo, Lemon Lime Twist and Pool Party.  Here is the color trio so you can play along too:
I used the Lovely Floral Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder and gently tapped my Whisper White craft ink pad across the piece of cardstock with the embossing on it to give it a little more dimension.  I added some pretty floral washi tape around the edge of the flower and some fun rhinestones for added bling.
The sentiment comes from the stamp set called Varied Vases that will be available in the upcoming annual Stampin' Up! catalog in June.  This stamp set was designed by my upline and stamping friend Mary Fish in honor of when she achieved her one million dollars in sales.  It is punched out using the Classic Label Punch.  Thanks for stopping by and letting me share the joy of stamping with you.

Pals May Blog Hop

Welcome to our May Pals Blog Hop. This month we’ll be “Stepping Up With Textures or Techniques.” What's that? Projects that are “stepped up” by using textures or fun techniques. Who knows, maybe both! Join us in the fun while we inspire you to step up your creations.

You may be starting the hop here or coming from a previous Pal’s blog. Either way, you’ve come to the right place. You’ll find the the full line-up below to help you move, or “hop” along from Pal to Pal.
For this project I made the impossible card!!!  It really is not so impossible at all.  I used some brand new colors called Gorgeous Grape and Granny Apple Green along with the retiring Petal Passion Design Series Paper.
I followed the instructions on how to make the template from Samantha Clayton from Mixed Up Crafts.  See them HERE.  The sentiment comes from the retiring stamp set called A Mother's Flair and is die cut using the Bunch of Banner Framelits Dies.
The die cut flowers are from the Flourish Thinlits.  The fence is cut from a very special design series paper pack called Delightfully Detailed that will be featured in the upcoming Stampin' Up! Annual Catalog.  It is a 12 x 12 paper pack that has a bunch of laser cut sheets with beautiful designs.

Now it's time to see how the rest of the Pals are Stepping up with Textures or Techniques. Please use the Blog Hop Line-Up below to move from blog to blog. Don’t forget to show us some love by commenting on our creations.

Mark your calendar for June 13, 2018 where we feature projects for Babies, Birthdays and Brides. You’ll probably even see more products from Stampin’ Up!'s new 2018-2019 Annual Catalog. Don’t miss it!

Here are all of the Stampin' Up! products that I used for today's project:

Thanks for stopping by my blog today!  I am joining a group that is being highlighted internationally by Kylie Bertucci and you are able to VOTE for my project. The top ten winners will get to be part of an international blog hop so please vote for my project.

Our Theme this month is Sara Douglass!!! May is a special month for Sara. She has gotten demonstrators to think of ways that we can make a difference in the lives of others. Usually the people that get forgotten are the ones that are putting forth amazing ideas like Sara has. So we are all going to SURPRISE SARA and send her a card of encouragement, thanks, and support for all that she is doing for us as demonstrators.
For this card I used a very special stamp set called Enjoy Life that was created by Connie Fitzgerald.  She is a demonstrator that achieved one million in sales and got the awesome opportunity to design her very own stamp set.  This stamp set was perfect to use on a card that I wanted to send to Sara Douglass.  Here is a peek at the inside of the card too.
Thanks so much for visiting my blog today make sure you head over to Kylie's blog to vote for my project. I would love to be chosen to do an international blog hop.  Here are all of the products I used for this card:
