Alaska Achievers January Blog Hop

Thank you for joining us for our January Alaskan Achievers blog hop. Those hopping today are Stampin' Up!® Demonstrators from all around the world that have achieved the prestigious Stampin' Up! Incentive trip. We will be hopping together once a month to show you ideas and designs using current Stampin' Up!® products. I live in Minnesota in the US and would love to help you if you have any questions.

You may just be starting the blog hop here at my blog - Jennifer Michalski @ Stamping Serenity or may have come from the person previous to me in the list.  If you get off track at any time, the full lineup below will help you move along from blog to blog so you see all the fun. At the moment you are visiting Jennifer Michalski @ Stamping Serenity.

We have so many amazing ideas and want to make sure you get to see the projects so that you can get some ideas on how to use the awesome Stampin' Up! items.  Here is the project that I designed for our hop today.
I used one of my must have stamp set and framelit bundles from the Stampin' Up! Occasions catalog called Charming Cafe'  I love how you can pop out those tiny chairs and table with the coordinating framelits.  And the sentiments in this set are perfect for placing in the die cuts.
I made this project into an easel card that you can pop up and display.  The background is embossed using the Layered Leaves Dynamic Folder in Daffodil Delight.  The sentiment layers are circle punched using the 1-3/4 circle punch for the whisper white with the sentiment, then the 2 inch circle punch for the Bermuda Bay layer and then the Starburst punch for the Daffodil Delight layer.
I love how the stamp can then be die cut to showcase the beautiful flower trellis.  I used my Stampin' Blend Markers to fill in the flowers and the cups on the table and then added a tiny bit of the Clear Wink of Stella to the larger flowers for some shimmer.
Thanks for taking part in our blog hop, there are so many amazing ideas and inspiration you don't want to miss.  Remember that currently you are at my blog - Jennifer Michalski @ Stamping Serenity, so check the blog hop line up list to see who is next.

Happy Mail Monday!

It's Happy Mail Monday (on a Tuesday)! I have been busy working on helping with the building of our new house and Monday got away from me.
I am blessed by all of the hand crafted creations that I receive each week!  They are wonderful and I am so excited to share them with you.  Each one is a unique work of art.
This one comes from one of my Stamping Serenity Team Members, Bev...I love that little panda!
This one comes from one of my Stamping Serenity Team Members, Eve...the colors are amazing!  And yes, I will be celebrating 5 years with Stampin' Up! on January 26 :)
Eve also made this beautiful card too!  Not only am I celebrating my Stampaversary but also my Birthday in January :)
This one comes from Lisa, my fabulous leader and upline!
Lisa got in two cards this week, as she likes to celebrate with her team each month...how fun is that?
This one comes from one of my Stamping Serenity Team Members, Joanna...the picture doesn't do it justice, it is a work of art!
This is a special card that I received from a dear stamping friend named Tyler.  He is trying to receive 1000 Christmas cards this year! His birthday is March 16.  He gave me permission to showcase his card & give you his address so that you can exchange a card with him too. Let's bless him with a bunch of Christmas & Birthday cards :) #imbringingbirthdaysback

January Remarkable InkBig Blog Hop

Welcome to the Remarkable InkBig Blog Hop for January 2018. This month our theme is Valentines!  You may just be starting the blog hop here at my blog – Jennifer Michalski @ Stamping Serenity or may have come from the person previous to me in the list. If you get off track at any time, the full lineup below will help you move along from blog to blog so you see all the projects. At the moment you are visiting Jennifer Michalski @ Stamping Serenity.
For today's project, I played with the Stampin' Up! January Paper Pumpkin Kit & came up with some fun ideas to step them up a little!  It's always fun to put your imagination to work :)
I love how the card is cut diagonally so that you can tuck the little white note card inside with your Valentine message.  And you can stamp that tiny envelope on the inside as well.
The paper pumpkin kits come with everything you need to make the projects.  What a fun, easy way to get crafty when you don't have a lot of space or time.  I was able to get these 16 Valentines completed in about an hour or so.
Thanks for taking part in our blog hop, there are so many amazing ideas and inspiration you don’t want to miss. Remember that currently you are at my blog – Jennifer Michalski @ Stamping Serenity, so check the blog hop line up list to see who is next in the list.
I have my own Valentine Idea Board on Pinterest where I store all sorts of projects that I love...make sure to check it out too :)

Sweet & Sassy for #tttc031

Today I played along with the Tic Tac Toe Challenge #031.  Make sure to head over and play along!  For this challenge, the board was created by Design Team Member Peggy Noe.  Take some inspiration from the challenge board below, using three elements in a row of your choice. Whatever row inspires you is what you are challenged to create!
I chose the three squares on the left hand side of the board using Pink, Doily and Sequins! I decided to use the Sweet & Sassy Framelits from Stampin' Up! to make a fun shaker card.
First I cut out the top heart layer using my big shot in Rich Razzleberry, see photo for placement.  Then I cut out the larger heart again using the polka dot window sheet.
I attached the clear window heart to the larger heart frame with my fine tip glue pen.  Then I attached the smaller heart to the center of my card front and then lined the foam adhesive strips around the outside of the small heart.  Then I sprinkled some sequins inside small heart.  Finally I attached the clear window sheet over the top of the small heart over the foam strips to create the shaker.
I used Pink Pirouette card stock to stamp the sentiment from the Birthday Banners Stamp Set in Rich Razzleberry ink.  I punched it out with the Duet Banner Punch to give that added depth to the sentiment.  I added a little strip of Washi Tape in Rich Razzleberry from the Washi Tape Basics Pack 1.  Thanks for stopping by today.  Here are the Stampin' Up! products I used for today's project...
