Up, Up, And Away!

This was a fun card to come up with!  I followed the Mojo Monday 435 Sketch and the Global Design Project Balloon Theme Challenge for this project.
The cherry on top designer series paper pack was the perfect thing for this festive birthday card.  The colors are cucumber crush, watermelon wonder, bermuda bay and crushed curry.  I embossed the watermelon wonder square in the middle with the softly falling embossing folder and punched the balloon from the cherry on top ds paper with the balloon bouquet punch.  The birthday sentiment comes from the sky is the limit stamp set and is cut out using the tags and labels framelits.  I popped up the two balloon panels with some dimensionals and finished the balloon with some whisper white bakers twine.  I also added some wink of stella to the balloon for that party shimmer!
Here is a close up of the shimmer on the balloon.
I am in love with the wink of stella, it is one of my must have items :)
