Halloween Scenes For PPA323


Today I played along with the  Pals Paper Arts Color Challenge 323. This week’s Color Challenge is a fun combination you can use for Fall, Thanksgiving and even an alternative Halloween combination. Tangerine Tango, Emerald Envy and Tip Top Taupe can be used as vividly or muted as you like. I had such fun using the Spooky Fun Stamp Set and coordinating Halloween Scenes Edgelits dies. If you are a Halloween lover, this is the bundle for you!

Pretty Kitty Christmas for PPA322!

When I first got the new Stampin' Up! Annual Catalog in May, the Pretty Kitty stamp set was one of the first things that caught my attention.  I have two cats and these pretty kitties were just so darn cute!  So why not have a Pretty Kitty Christmas?  The Candy Cane Lane DS Paper gave me a great color combo for this fun card.  I embossed the kitty cat with my heat tool, versamark ink pad and white embossing powder.  This week I played along with the Pals Paper Arts Color Challenge 322.

Give Thanks for Stamping Friends!

Today I want to show off this beautiful card that I received from one of my virtual stamping friends...who graciously let me share it with you on the blog today!  I was just so touched to receive such a beautiful card that she handmade.  I love everything from the gold embossed leaves and sentiments to the lovely mix of colors with one of my favorite regal colors always artichoke.

Acorny Fun For PPA 321


This project plays along with the Pals Paper Arts Color Challenge 321. I used the Acorny Thank You stamp set along with the Acorn Builder Punch. I also sponged some Cajun Craze onto the Fancy Frost Specialty Design Series Paper.

Layering Love & Relaxation for GDP056

For this card I played along with the CASE The Designer challenge from the Global Design Project 056.  See Bibi's card below to be inspired by this week's challenge. Remember that CASEing with the GDP means Copy And Selectively Edit - so you might see the layout, the stamp set, the colors or anything that inspires you from this card.  Head over to the Global Design Project Challenge and see all of the wonderful projects or play along.

I was inspired by the relaxing theme of this card.  It reminds me of sitting outside on the porch swing watching the fall breeze push all of the fall leaves across the front yard.  So for my project I used the leaflets framelits in a variety of fall colors along with the warmth and cheer ds paper stack for that nice relaxing feeling.  The sentiment comes from the Layering Love Stamp Set and is punched out using the Best Badge Punch.  I trimmed the top off the punched sentiment and then punched out an additional best badge in always artichoke and cajun craze for added dimension.

Thank You For Botanicals!

Happy Mail!!!!!  I received this lovely handmade card from Eve, a wonderful member of my team...who graciously let me share it with you on the blog today!  I love her mix of colors and embossing.  She really makes the botanical blooms pop off the card.  The emerald envy background is embossed with the petal burst embossing folder.  Thanks so much Eve, for this wonderful card and for letting me show it off to everyone :)
