Stampin' Pretty Pals November Blog Hop

Hello, welcome to the Stampin’ Pretty Pals’ Blog Hop! This month our Design Team’s theme is “Pile It On” – showcasing their card/project with layers of DSP and/or embellishments for any occasion. We hope you enjoy and will be inspired by them! Don’t forget to leave comments! We love hearing from you. At the end of my post, you will find the full line-up to help you “hop” along from Pal to Pal.

For today's project I used a variety of die cuts to pile it on!  The stamp set is called Have A Hoot and comes with coordinating dies to cut out those cute little owls.  Here is a list of those lovely layers:

  • Card Base - Early Espresso Cardstock 8-1/2" x 5-1/2"
  • Whisper White Cardstock - 5-1/4" x 4"
  • Misty Moonlight Cardstock - 5-1/8" x 3-7/8" - embossed with the Winter Snow Embossing Folder and then brushed with Whisper White Craft Ink Pad
  • Trimming The Town DS Paper - 5-1/8" x 3" brushed with Clear Wink of Stella for added sparkle
  • Plush Poinsettia Specialty Paper - 4" x 3"
  • Early Espresso Cardstock die cut using the Stitched So Sweetly Dies
  • Whisper White Cardstock die cut using the Stitched So Sweetly Dies - Stamp Owls in Early Espresso ink
  • Whisper White Cardstock die cut using the Peek A Hoot Dies - Stamp Owls in Misty Moonlight. Use Real Red & Old Olive Stampin' Blends along with Clear Wink of Stella.
  • Whisper White Cardstock die cut using the Ornate Frames Dies - stamp the sentiment from Have A Hoot Stamp Set in Misty Moonlight ink

I added some sparkle using the Whale of a Time Sequins and the Holiday Rhinestone Jewels.  I finished off this card with some Early Espresso Faux Suede Trim.  I hope you enjoyed my creation.  Thanks for stopping by :)

More inspiration awaits! Use the Blog Hop Line-up below to visit the rest of this month’s Design Team. My fellow Pals are excited to show you what they’ve created! Mark your calendars for our next blog hop on December 9th when our theme is “Goodbye September Mini Catalog and Hello January Mini Catalog.” Participants showcase their favorites from the retiring holiday catalog or new products from the new mini catalog. Don’t miss the fun! Until then, please stay safe and have fun in your craft space.
