Stampin' Pretty Pals December Blog Hop

Hello, welcome to the Stampin’ Pretty Pals’ Blog Hop! This month our Design Team created projects showing “My Favorite Things” from any of the two current catalogs or the upcoming catalog in January.  We hope you enjoy and will be inspired by them! Don’t forget to leave comments! We love hearing from you. At the end of my post, you will find the full line-up to help you “hop” along from Pal to Pal.

For this card I used my absolute favorite stamp set from Stampin' Up! called Press On!  It has coffee cups, coffee beans, coffee sayings...you get it I LOVE coffee ;)  I decided to make this into an easel card.  It is super easy to do but even more fun to display.

  • Card Base - Just Jade Cardstock 4-1/4" x 11" score at 5-1/2" and then 8-1/2" in order to fold the front for the easel.
  • Early Espresso Cardstock - 5-1/4" x 4"
  • Brushed Metallic Cardstock (gold) - 5" x 3-3-4" - embossed with the coffee bean folder
  • Whisper White Cardstock - 1" x 4" for stamped small coffee cups
  • Whisper White Cardstock and Just Jade cardstock for stamped sentiments and coffee cups

I used the brushed metallic cardstock in gold as the background with a coffee bean embossing folder.  The oval sentiments are punched out using the brand new Double Oval Punch that will be available in the upcoming January-June Mini Catalog. I hope you enjoyed my creation.  Thanks for stopping by :)

More inspiration awaits! Use the Blog Hop Line-up below to visit the rest of this month’s Design Team. My fellow Pals are excited to show you what they’ve created! Mark your calendars for our next blog hop on January 13th when our theme will be Time to Sale-A-Brate. Participants will showcase tags or 3D items that will be great for gifts for any occasion. Don’t miss the fun! Until then, please stay safe and have fun in your craft room.
