Stampin’ Pretty Pals’ April Blog Hop

Hello, welcome to the Stampin’ Pretty Pals’ Blog Hop! This month our Design Team’s theme is “Great Family Occasions.” We hope you enjoy and will be inspired by them! Don’t forget to leave comments! We love hearing from you. At the end of my post, you will find the full line-up to help you “hop” along from Pal to Pal.

For this project I used the brand new Beauty of Friendship Suite that will available in the upcoming 2021-2022 Annual Catalog from Stampin' Up!  The stamp set and dies coordinate so beautifully with the design series paper.  I began with a card base of 11" by 4-1/4" and scored each end at 2-3/4" to give it a gate fold.  I decorated it with ds paper on the inside.  Then the vellum layer was stamped with trees in Cinnamon Cider and heat embossed with clear embossing powder.

The front layer uses another piece of that Beauty of the Earth design series paper and is layered over merry merlot cardstock die cut from the stitched rectangles.  I punched the sentiment using the Label Me Fancy Punch and then layered that over the Everyday Label Punch.  The finishing touch was adding the Cinnamon Cider ribbon to pull it all together.  This card will be going to my hubby for his birthday as he is a big outdoor guy and loves the fall leaves.

More inspiration awaits! Use the Blog Hop Line-up below to visit the rest of this month’s Design Team. My fellow Pals are excited to show you what they’ve created! Mark your calendars for our next blog hop on May 12th when our theme is “2021-2023 New In Colors” when our Design Team creates a project with the new family of In Colors for any occasion. Don’t miss the fun! Until then, please stay safe and have fun in your craft space.
