Stitched All Around for #GDP142

Today I played along with the Global Design Project Challenge #GDP142.  This week is a fabulous sketch challenge.  Have fun and play along too:

For this project I used the stamp set called Stitched All Around and the coordinating Stitched Label Framelits Dies.  I cannot tell you how fun it was to make this card with the stitched die!  I love the design and the placement of the imprint on the design series paper.

I chose the B for Bride for my card this month.  The bride I have in mind loves little scooters and vespas.  I used the Mediterranean Moments stamp set along with some cool design series paper from the Nature's  Poem Design Series Paper.  The colors are Soft Sea Foam, Whisper White and Grapefruit Grove.  The sentiment comes from the stamp set called Itty Bitty Greetings and is punched out using the Classic Label Punch.  Thanks for stopping by today!

Our theme this month is Friendship.   We need to make sure our friends and family know that we LOVE them!  A great way we can do that is to make a project, gift or card for them and let them know how much their friendship means to you. 

For this card I used a combination of the new stamp set called All The Good Things along with the Tropical Chic Bundle.  The background design series paper is from the Tropical Escape 6 x 6 paper stack.  I love how the die cuts work so perfectly with this paper.  The ribbon is from the Metallic Ribbon Combo Pack.  I added a little pearl for the flower center and voila' an awesome card for a wonderful friend.

Notes of Kindness!

I just received my new annual catalog order and one of the things I was most excited about was the Notes of Kindness Kit!  It comes with such fun variety of ideas that you can copy or use to make your own variation.  I made 20 cards in one afternoon and it was fun and I think they turned out pretty darn cute!
